• An application will not be considered unless all the required documentation and information is provided, including:
o Completed and signed application form
o Completed and signed Learner Admission Agreement (LAA)
o Copy of birth certificate/ID document
o Copy of study permit/asylum permit/refugee permit (if foreign)
o Copy of learner’s latest progress report
o Copy of learner’s final progress report (once available)
o Transfer document (once available)
o Copy of learner’s vaccination record (pre-primary and foundation phase learners)
o Completed and signed school fee clearance certificate
o Copy of parent’s/legal guardian’s ID document
o Completed and signed aftercare form (if required)
o Copy of medical aid (front and back)
o Proof of household income/salary advise 3X months (of account holder)
o 3X months bank statement (of account holder)
o Water and lights account (latest) or proof of residence (of account holder)
o Completed debit order form
o Two recent color photos of the learner (ID size)
Applications can be submitted via email at info@christianlegacyacademy.co.za or by visiting our campus to collect application forms.
Our tuition fees are all-inclusive, covering aftercare, homework assistance, and four daily meals.
School starts at 07:20 and ends at 18:00 for full-day learners. A half-day option is available with closing at 13:45.
We maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention for every child.
